3. User Responsibilities

• For Voice-Over Talents: Talents are responsible for delivering high-quality recordings as agreed upon with the client. You must ensure that your invoices comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country, including handling any relevant taxes and fees.

• For Clients: Clients must provide clear and detailed project requirements, communicate effectively with talents, and make timely payments as per the agreed terms. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all legal obligations, including taxes, are fulfilled.

4. Payments and Fees

• Talents: Payment will be made after the completion and client approval of each project. Any applicable platform fees will be deducted from the final payment according to the fee structure.

• Clients: Payments must be made promptly after project completion and approval. Any additional fees or charges will be included in the invoice provided through the platform.

5. Services Provided

The ARM platform connects clients with voice-over talents for various projects, including casting in multiple languages, audio recording, mixing, and other related services. The platform enables effective communication, project management, and payment facilitation between talents and clients.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all project-related information. No details about the project, client, or talent will be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from the involved parties.

7. Data Privacy and Protection

ARM is committed to protecting the personal data of all users. Any data provided will be used exclusively for managing profiles, facilitating projects, and improving platform services. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent unless required by law.

8. Audio Demos and Usage Rights

• Talents: By uploading audio demos, you grant ARM permission to share them with potential clients for the purpose of evaluating your suitability for specific projects. These demos will not be used for any purpose other than casting and project selection.

• Clients: Audio demos provided by talents are for evaluation purposes only. Clients are prohibited from using these demos for any other purpose, such as redistribution, resale, or incorporation into other projects without explicit consent from the talent.

9. AI and Synthetic Voices

ARM ensures that all voice recordings provided by talents will not be used for artificial intelligence learning or for the creation of synthetic voices without explicit consent from the talent. Clients must also guarantee that voice recordings will not be used for such purposes.

10. Termination and Account Suspension

ARM reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user’s access to the platform in case of a breach of these terms or involvement in fraudulent activities. Upon termination, all relevant data, including audio demos and personal information, will be removed from the active database, except where retention is required for legal purposes.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be handled through mediation or arbitration, following ARM’s dispute resolution process. ARM aims to resolve any conflicts efficiently and fairly for both talents and clients.
