To register and use our platform, you must be able to invoice as a company or an independent worker. If you are from the European Union, you must have a validated VAT number. If you are from outside the European Union, you must have a validated tax number from your respective country. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated. You may update or delete your profile information at any time through the platform.
3. User Obligations
You must provide clear and detailed project requirements and compensate voice-over talents according to the agreed terms. You must also ensure that your invoices comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country. You are responsible for any taxes and fees associated with the services you provide.
4. Payments and Fees
All project details, including timelines, deliverables, and payment terms, will be agreed upon before the recording session. Clients are required to make payments upon the completion and approval of the project ensuring timely payment for services rendered. Any applicable fees will be added to the payment as per our fee structure.
5. Services Provided
Our platform connects voice-over talents with clients seeking voice-over services. We facilitate the communication, project management, and payment processes between the two parties.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
7. Client Account Data Collection and Usage
When you sign up, we collect personal information such as your name, company details, and contact information.
Your personal data will be used solely for the purpose of managing your account and facilitating project communications.
8. Data Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal data will not be shared with any third parties without your consent.
We use your information strictly for the purposes of providing our services and improving your experience on the platform.
9. Usage of Audio Demos
As a client, you will have access to audio demos provided by our voice-over talents.
You agree that these demos will be used solely for evaluating and casting talents for your projects and requested castings.
You are prohibited from using these demos for any other purposes, including but not limited to, redistribution, resale, or incorporation into other projects without explicit permission.
10. AI and Synthetic Voices
The client guarantees that the audio recordings of our voice-over talents will not be used for AI learning purposes or for creating synthetic voices.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent activities. You may also terminate your account at any time by notifying us.
Upon termination, all your personal data will be removed from our active database, except where retention is required for legal purposes.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of our platform will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with our dispute resolution policy.
13. Modification of terms and conditions
ARM | Audio Recording Mixing reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
